This pattern is for a subtle, sweet slouchy beanie featuring a gently rippling chevron pattern, shell stitches and a snug brim. This hat is both airy and light enough for spring and cozy and warm enough for cold winter walks. Size: One size fits most. Hat measures approximately 20” around and 9-10” long, and will stretch.

Materials: A total of approximately 170 yards Worsted or Aran weight yarn (Example uses less than half a skein each of Paton’s Classic Wool in Natural Mix (Color A) and Aran (Color B).

-Hook: Sizes I/9 (5.5mm) and H/8 (5.0mm), or size to obtain correct gauge.
