Naptime Vanilla Cat.

The finished cat is approximately 11,8 inches ( 30 cm) tall.

The toy is knitted round and that is why the pattern is recommended for Advanced Beginner Knitters.

Materials needed:

• 4 double-pointed needles in a size suitable for the yarn weight you are using. I recommend using needles a size or two smaller than the yarn calls for, to produce a firm fabric. I used Needles US 4 (3,5 mm) and US 2½ (3 mm).

  • 100 gr light cream colored yarn for doll. I used Alize Angora Gold (10% Wool, 10% Mohair, 80% Acrylic; 100gr = 550m). 3 theads held together.

  • Toy stuffing

  • Yarn needle

• Pink thread for nose

• Stitch holder

• Black buttons for eyes (9 mm)

All rows are worked in the round, this helps avoid ugly seams .
