This pattern is for a big, comfy sweater for Middie Blythe. Everybody likes to feel cozy when the weather turns cool and this is the perfect thing for Middie Blythe. This is also a great project for knitters who want to make Middie sized clothing but don’t want to use tiny needles.

This body of this sweater is knit flat and the sleeves in the round on size 7 (4.5mm) double-pointed needles using worsted weight yarn.

You can make it in solids, stripes, or variegated yarn.

This sweater fastens in the back with a snap (sewn on when you’re finished knitting).

This pattern was constructed especially for Middie Blythe and is perfectly sized for her body. May fit other dolls with similar bodies.
