Specifically inspired by Dutch fishermen’s sweater, the Nassau hat uses the ever-elegant knit and purl relief designs to create an interesting yet simple pattern. This hat is beginner friendly.

Nassau is a single skein project, using about 130 yards of squishy worsted/aran weight yarn in a not-too-busy colour. It’s also a quick project, so make one in every colour! Also ideal for gift giving. Medium hue yarns are recommened to show off the pattern to its best effect. Avoid very dark colours.
