Errata:

When creating the cables that grow in the front of the sweater, the increases should be done in sets of two so that you end up with 8 knit sts increased.

So the first time, you make two, then on following rows, make two by knitting into the sts of the row below, between the 2 sts you just made.

So:

Row 62: LLI, RLI
Row 64: k1, LLI, RLI k1
Row 66: k2, LLI, RLI k2
Row 68: k3, LLI, RLI k3

And then just start treating that column of knit sts as a cable.
