Naturalist is worked in the round from the bottom up. First, the Body is worked to the underarm, then placed on a stitch holder. Next, the Sleeves are worked to the underarm. Then, the Body and Sleeves are joined and the Yoke is shaped with raglan decreases. You may work the stitch pattern from text or chart.

Inspired by the many famous naturalists who traveled the forests, mountains, and plains of the world, the Naturalist pullover is a perfect hiking sweater. The textured chevron stitch adds warmth and coziness to the finished sweater.

With a 3/4 or full length sleeve option, this sweater can carry you from early Fall to early Spring as you walk through the meadows and the woods.
