Inspired by the wonderland at the edge of our nearby coastal range, the Neahkahnie Slouch is the perfect hat to bring on a quick getaway to the Oregon Coast. A simple construction makes this slouchy beanie as easy to crochet as it is to wear. Beginning at the crown and spiraling down towards the brim, the subtle tree motif offers a little texture to this piece. Whether you hit the trails or craft oceanside, the Neahkahnie Slouch is the coziest homage to our natural history and breathtaking landscape.

1 skein solstice luna merino cashmere dk (80% superwash merino, 10% cashmere, 10% nylon; 200 yards/115g), shown in colorway Coast Range, a special colorway dyed in honor of the 2017 Rose City Yarn Crawl. Pattern uses a minimum of 200 yards of DK weight yarn.
