This is the 11th in a series of 24 linked patterns, published daily in December 2015, to decorate a knitted Christmas tree. The pattern for the tree is published separately.

This decoration is one of the biggest on the Needle Tree but it’s still only 5 cm / 2” tall. The house and roof are knitted separately and then sewn together, the door is sewn on afterwards.
