An adaptation of Pomatomus Socks, to make them into fingerless gloves with a thumb gusset. The adaptation is similar to Craftaholic’s half-fingers Mermaid Gloves, but with more detail and no fingers. Requires the ability to read charts.

The designer’s pair used up about 60g of Koigu sock yarn, so just a bit over 1 skein. If you made the lower arm section a bit shorter, you could probably squeeze 1 pair of gloves out of 1 skein.
