Full of stunning texture and detail, Nessa is a very modern wrap perfect for showing off beautiful hand-dyed gradients.

Starting at one corner with delicate lace, Nessa is a long rectangular wrap with one tapered end, a relaxing garter body and a lace panel which forms striking peaks.

Slipped stitches add elegant detailing to the body of the wrap and give it a stylish edge.

The wrap is a generous length, ideal for sweeping around your neck or flinging casually across your shoulders.

Nessa is a pattern suited to both experienced knitters and those eager for a challenge. It would make a fantastic first lace project.

The pattern includes both written and charted instructions.

Length: approx. 218cm/86” (blocked)
Width at the widest part: approx. 53cm/ 21” (blocked)

You’ll need two skeins of Nunnaba Artisan Yarn fingering (472m / 516yds = 100g - one semi-solid and one gradient. I used one gradient and one semi-solid from the “Nest“ colourway.

Note: The Nunnaba White Gum yarn base is a light fingering yarn. It’s fantastically soft and luxurious. If you decide to use another fingering you’ll need 2.5-3 skeins where 100g = 400m.

Nessa has been professionally tech edited and test knitted.

Errata: Row 1 of the Lace Border should read:
Row 1 (RS): K1, (yo, ssk) three times, k1, (k2tog, yo) three times, rep from * to last st; k1.*
It has been corrected in the latest version of the pattern.
