Neve (snow in italian) is a wool beret with a funny ornament of little bobbles.
I originally used a non commercial aran wool yarn, but I suppose suggested yarn could work well too.
Sizes depends on gauge: 18sts for larger size, 19sts for smaller size.

In Feb 2021 I edited it again (but directions are quite the same).
