This dress, panties, bootees and hat will fit a 1.5 inch porcelain dollshouse baby doll. The gown has been designed with a back opening so that it can be removed from the doll although this is a very fiddly process on such a tiny doll.

This simple little outfit is very tiny so would not be suitable for a beginner to miniature knitting.

The front and back are made separately then sewn together at the shoulder with the sleeve, neck and back opening edges added afterwards.

I have had really pretty results when the skirt of the dress has tiny flowers either embroidered or crocheted added to it. It also looks beautiful when made in silk (I have used Gutermann sewing silk).

About My Patterns
I am in the process of moving all my patterns to Ravelry and will also update them when I can. Until I manage this, each pattern will be A4 with a picture of the finished outfit and will be available at a reduced price.

The delightful dolls in the photo are by Sandra Morris of Tower House Dolls.
