Cute little newborn cardigan, knit in one piece from the top down which requires no seaming.

Instructions given for fingering/4ply (and notes in pattern to convert to DK). The cardigan in the smallest two sizes can be knit from one 50g ball of 4ply, but more than one ball may be required for the largest two sizes or in DK.

Note that this pattern does not include the eyelet stitch used in the pink version, the cabled edge version, or the stitch in the green yoked version. These are shown to illustrate how you may customise to make your own design.
