I wanted to make an afghan as a wedding present for my niece and her fiancé. Since they were young and starting off in their first apartment and their first furniture, I wanted to make them something that could transition with them as they honed in on their own, personal decorating style. I know ours has changed over the last 18 years! I chose Noro Transitions because of the color and fiber variety and because it doesn’t seem to be too trendy. I choose the Meandering Eyelet Vine because it seemed fitting to starting the journey of their married life.
