Approximately 600 yds/549 m of DK weight yarn.
3 skeins of Madelinetosh Silk I Merino (50% Silk, 50% Merino Wool, 205 yds/187 m in 100 gr); Paper.

Needles
Size US 7 (4.5 mm) circular (circ) needles 32”/80 cm long, or size to obtain gauge.

Additional tools
Stitch markers, waste yarn, tapestry needle.

Gauge
20 sts x 32 rows = 4”/10 cm on size US7 (4.5 mm) needles in Stockinette st, after blocking.
14 sts x 28 rows = 4”/10 cm on size US7 (4.5 mm) needles in Lace pattern, after blocking.

Notes
• The shawl is knitted from top edge down.
• Circular needle is used to accommodate large number of stitches.
