A sleek and sporty unisex cowl, which can be easily personalized.

Use a skein or two of precious hand-dyed yarn, or DK leftovers in your stash. Then make a twisted cord, a crochet chain, or an i-cord in a matching or contrasting yarn, or purchase a ready made cord. Perhaps you have a drawstring that can be repurposed from an old pair of sweatpants or hoodie? A long shoe-lace could work as well. Keep it minimalist, or add pom-poms, tassels, a toggle or beads for some fun!

Pattern is written for 2 gauges (20x28 and 22x31), so many different dk yarns will be suitable. It’s also easy to adjust the size, as desired and noted in the pattern.
