If you have a large collection of sock yarn, as I do, you’re often finding yourself with small amounts left over. Nimble Fingers is a great quick way to use up those scraps and make something charming besides. By combining stranded colorwork with slipped stitches, the old-fashioned charm of herringbone is broken by textured stripes, creating a slightly off-kilter appearance. Nimble Fingers knits up fast and wears well.
