Newfoundland and Labrador, if you’re like me you think of the Beothuk. You might think of the Atlantic Ocean, or the thirty minute time zone difference.
I took my inspiration for these socks however, from L’Anse Amour Village of Seven. The little place has only seven people. The pictures of the tiny houses against the green hill really struck me and I set out to replicate that idea.
The bright green of this colour way paired with stellina reminds me of the rain on a hillside, and I feel that really brings out the pattern.
Throw on some Great Big Sea, or maybe some Hey Rosetta! And cast these socks on, they almost knit themselves.
