Noelle Dress is a beautiful and elegant dress with a textured skirt and a band of knitted pearls around the waist. It is worked from the top down using 1 strand of Merino or Pure Silk.

You start working the yoke back and forth to create the keyhole opening at back neck before continuing in the round. The neckline is shaped with short rows while the pearls and skirt are both charted. Sleeves are worked in the round in stockinette stitch to 3/4 length. I-cord edges finish the neckline and sleeves.
