The cute little peak keeps its shape by knitting magic--no cardboard or plastic reinforcements needed. This is a very quick knit, warm and stylish. I was able to crank out a bunch of these for Christmas presents, which is why I didn’t get the pattern out in time for the holidays! Sorry!

The yarn I used in designing this hat is a little bit on the bulky side of aran, and rather loosly spun, so be sure to check your gauge. It was 100 g for 100 m. The pattern is versatile, so it is easy to go up and down needle sizes or add on rows if you need to.

The pattern is called Noise because it makes me think of television static and also because of the rhythm you get into knitting the fake random graphic chart.

Pattern includes all 4 sizes, and the colorwork chart. If you want to knit the hat in a solid color, I reccommend you drop down a size.
