The Nordic Hat has a cute little peak at the back and long strings plus plenty of embellishment. It is a little oversized for newborns but that just makes for a great photo op. The hat comes out really soft and stretchy. You can substitute one super bulky yarn for the combination. One skein of Homespun and one of the Microspun (or any thinner yarn with a sheen to it), will make at least two hats.
