Yarn to knit the North Cascades National Park Hat is available here.

This month’s hat is inspired by North Cascades National Park in Washington State. This hat features a gorgeous non-superwash worsted weight yarn that is so unbelievably soft when knit up. The color, Cascade Pass, channels the vision of hiking Cascade pass in the fall with granite grays, hint of sky, mustard yellows, and a splash of rust. The pattern is a gentle leaning rib pattern created using a variation on a twisted stitch. The inside of the hat looks like a dense stockinette stitch making the pattern fully reversible. The result is an enjoyable and interesting, yet still simple knit. Happy knitting the North Cascades National Park hat!
