An easy cabled cowl that knits up super quick with super bulky yarn or two strands of bulky yarn.

I used to knit cabled cowls like this one for craft shows and recently I was asked for the pattern. In an effort to clean up an overflowing stash I used a discontinued yarn (Ella Rae Mega) and buttons I had on hand.
However there are plenty of worthy substitutes; check out your local fibre farm, a fibre festival or local yarn store for yarns that match the gauge. Or, you can check out one of the recommended yarns!
