This subtly patterned, buttoned cowl practically knit itself from a skein of handspun yarn, obtained years ago at a farmers market in Wanaka, New Zealand. Choose a high quality yarn and buttons with character for best results.

The shape and button placement were designed with both an inconveniently v-necked, long wool coat and a commute to work via bike in mind (don’t worry - two separate scenarios rather than both at the same time).
