Not a Pair of Socks! is started flat, and then joined into a twisted loop and finished in the round into a cowl. The Scarf is knitted in a reversible, garter lace rib pattern . The lace pattern is a 6 row repeat which is very easy to learn. This project can be completed with about the same amout of yarn as a pair of socks, so if you are tired of knitting socks or want something special to feature the luxury or Indie yarn in your stash- this is a great pattern.

Both row by row instructions and lace chart are provided. Gauge is not essential.

Samples knitted in: 1 skein Sock that Rock (STR) or 2 skeins of Lane Cervinia Calzetteria.

Eratta:
Row 10 should end with P1 and not P2.
