I wanted to make a sock pattern that was so easy that people didn´t have to pay too much attention to what they were knitting. I call patterns like that “brain dead”, so the name of this pattern was kind of a given. The pattern is easily divided by 2. So it should be no problem to change up the yarn weight, sock size or needle size if you know your “numbers”. The pattern is written for a medium woman´s foot and for fingering weight yarn and 2.5mm needles, and has a nice snug fit around the leg.
