I’ve always loved the yarns and patterns from Shibui Knits. I was excited to receive a couple of bases
from the company itself for a design I had in mind. Shibui has a reputation for its modern patterns and
yarn mixes, so this design follows suit with my own style. This two color stole, named Nuaderne, is a
luxurious silk and mohair dream, using single strands of Silk Cloud, with pops of Staccato and Silk Cloud
held double. Simple lace repeats add for an open and delicate fabric with a subtle I cord border, creating
a fashion accessory worth coveting.
