Boo! Octoberween is the best month of the year! These socks help you celebrate your love of all that is spooky.

Pattern features multiple small coloured charts and sections of written instructions with pictures. Charts included are skulls, jack o lanterns, bats, ghosts, black cats with moons, and candy corn as well as lettering that reads “Trick or Treat” across the ankles.

The stranded knitting requires a level of proficiency that equals comfort with the technique. Remember to keep gauge of stranding loose enough that your finished garment has stretch to fit your heel and arch.

Gauge is measured as relaxed. This pattern requires about 60 to 70 gr of solid Orange fingering weight yarn, 50 to 60 gr Black fingering weight yarn, 45 to 50 gr of Purple or Green solid fingering weight yarn, and about 40 gr of Yellow solid and White solid fingering weight yarn. Can be worked on DPNS or Circs in size US 1.

Currently not available in a larger size, but can be accomplished by knitting in a larger yarn weight like sport weight and going up a few needle sizes.

All charting done with Intwined Studio Software.

Pattern test knit with huge thanks, by the wonderful Ravelers: aimeeRN, bookworm33329, iwearpinkpurls, Knitter56789. Thanks from the bottom of my spooky heart, I couldn’t have done it without you.

I am always available to help should the need arise. Happy Haunting!
