Summary

Felted purse in the form of an octopus. The head forms the actual purse, the tentacles are used as handles. The arms can be knitted in the round or, for a two-coloured version of the tentacles, in short rows.

Additional Yarn Information

• the shown model was knitted in Schoppel Wolle Samos, which is a pretty fine chenille yarn (130 yards per 50g) that felts very strongly. It has to be knitted very loosely, hence the quite high amount of yardage.
• The pattern can be knitted in any feltable yarn resulting in different sizes and tentacle lenghts.
