This pattern is in US terminology, has abbreviations like;
sc, sc-inc, sc-dec, slst, is started in the round by a magic circle and is intended for easy-intermediate level crocheters.
This is a 13 page pattern with photos to help walk you through some of the more complicated parts.

Materials Needed

  • 3.75mm/size F Crochet Hook

  • Worsted Weight yarn in blue (or color of your choice) and white (approx 150 yards and approx 5 yards

  • 3mm Safety Eyes (or about a yard of black yarn)

  • Yarn Needle

  • Poly-fil Stuffing

  • Stitch Marker(s)

  • Scissors

  • Straight Pins may be be useful but are not necessary

Gauge isn’t important to this pattern, and as long as you scale your yarn weight to hook size appropriately you can use whatever weight of yarn you’d like. However, as written, this amigurumi is about 7 to 8 inches tall from top of the head to the end of the tentacles.
