This pattern is available for free.

I named it Oddly Ribbed because it’s not your typical ribbing of K1, P1, or K2, P2 etc.. so it’s got good texture and flexibility to it; I was playing around with decreases as well for the top of the hat, and like the way that the method I used made a neat star-shaped pattern on top.
