Offset is the end product of a collaboration between Nina Chicago, KraeO (Fuzz Family Yarns) and myself and I couldn’t be more proud or excited to share it with you!! Anyone who knows me knows my love of stripes and patterns -- my challenge to myself when creating this pattern was to develop something beautiful that was deceptively easy to knit. All beginner techniques. I wanted this pattern to be soothing to create and accessible to all. Something to relax with in this time of uncertainty.

And then we paired it with a few of Kristin’s beautiful yarns -- Nina Chicago is celebrating their 16th anniversary this weekend and will be selling kits! The perfect amount of yarn, all bundled up with a free copy of the pattern -- call (773) 486-8996 to order over the phone or set up an in-person shopping appointment. Have your own yarn you want to use? No problem. To virtually celebrate with Nina this weekend, I’m offering the pattern here for 50% off with code CELEBRATE through Sunday night (11/8 CST). Get yours now!

Although gauge isn’t essential on this project, please note that any changes in gauge will affect the finished measurements and the amount of yarn needed.

Construction Notes
This shawl is created modularly as follows: First, a small triangle is knit. Then a large triangle is knit. These two triangles are then placed tip to tip, the stitches are rearranged on two needles and the shawl is knit out from there in either direction. Please see diagrams included with the pattern for clarification.
