Designed at the request of a teen-age nephew (last name Snapp), this hat is quick and a great way to learn stranded knitting. Ear flaps are knitted first then the hat in knitted in the round. Edge trim and braid are added to complete the project. Instructions are also given to make the hat without ear flaps.

This is a great project for leftover yarn in your stash. The hat is in three sizes and can easily be adjusted larger or smaller.

Our sample was knitted using Dark Charcoal as the main color, and Jacob, Silver and Mid-Charcoal for the contrasting colors.
