Perfect for handspun yarn!

OKI DOKI is an asymmetrical shawl knitted in garter stitch - perfect for „mindless“ knitting but not boring to knit. You will see!

You can use yarn with only one color, multicolored yarn or up to several colors - Oki Doki is knitted in 4 parts. If you want to use 4 colors, start a new color with every part (A-D) of the pattern.

There is no sewing, no picking up stitches.

Gauge is not crucial for this project but will affect yardage and final dimensions.

Yardage is given for the pattern as stated and with Wollmeise DK. If you choose an other number of stitches for cast on (see table in pattern), or other yarn, your yardage will vary.

Sample: If you have a gauge with 18 stitches per 4” / 10 cm and you cast on 300 stitches, your shawl will be around 167 cm at the longest side and you will need 520 yds (475 m) of Wollmeise DK.
