This shawl is worked from the bottom-up, working the ribbing, then the circular cables. Next, the body is shaped using simple short rows.

Materials:
700-750 yards of Malabrigo Merino Worsted (100% Merino; 210 yards / 192 m per 3.53 ounces / 100 g). Shown in colorway 504 Rattan.
US #8 / 5 mm circular needles, or size needed to obtain gauge; 40” / 100 cm long
US #9 / 5.5 mm needles, or one size larger than gauge needles (optional but recommended for bind off)
