Lace is never out of style, especially if this is a crochet lace dress made by hands. “Olivia” is a pattern for lace dress for intermediate crochet skills. Though we have a stitch guide for complicated stitches, you should know at least basics of crochet. As usual, you get 2 files per 1 purchase, with US standard terms and British ones separately from each other. No need to keep in mind which stitch is which, you’ll see both charts and written interpretations for each line of them and will be sure you’re doing everything right as photo-instructions will help you.

Finished length: 80/88/96 cm

No need to worry about which size to choose – you’ll find measurements in cm and inches (also separately in each file) and guide yourself by your personal needs, and there’s plenty options for customization in the pattern and a dress itself.

This dress is made in one-piece from top-to-down in rounds, it’s the best construction ever for lace and for personalization – once you know your gauge, you’re able to make any size needed, make longer/shorter, wider/narrower skirt part and sleeves, child and Plus size versions are also easily made once you get the principle of calculations.

You’ll need approximately: -350/400/500 g or 12 ½ / 14 ½ / 17 ½ oz approximately, depending on your finished lengths of mercerized cotton 200 m in 50 g (1.75 oz) or any other 4-ply (UK) / thread size 10 cotton (US) / lace weight yarn that has 27-32 WPI. Blends of viscose, cotton, silk and polyamide are also good.

-Hook size 2-2.5-3 mm depending on your individual gauge and yarn taken.
