Omelet is a half circle shawl with a garter stitch border that is knit from center back to the bottom edge. Yarnovers at each end and between panels are used to form the shape. Increases are worked every four rows on right side only.

This shawl is entirely charted and customizable in size.

Errata: Chart corrected as of April 21, 2011.

Prior to 4/21: Error in chart D, row 13: The first ssk in the pattern repeat should be a k1.
Thanks Mairead for catching this.

Bind off as follows: K2, slip the stitches back onto left needle, k2tog through the back loop, * k1, slip the stitches onto left needle, k2tog through the back loop * ; repeat from * until 1 st remains. Cut yarn and pull through final stitch.

Note:If you are using stitch markers in between pattern repeats, they will need to be moved one stitch to the right on the following rows: Chart B rows 1, 5, 7, 11, 13, Chart D rows 1, 5, 7, 9, and Chart E rows 21,23, 25, and 33. For rows 3 and 13 in chart D as well as for rows 11, 15, and 27 on chart E, the stitch markers need to be moved one stitch to the left. Only move the stitch pattern repeat markers. Do NOT move the markers between panels.
