This pattern is for a square shawl with an open neck that can be worked in any DK or worsted yarn and knit to any desired size.

It’s a very adaptable, personalize-able pattern, so it’s hard to say exactly how much yarn you will want to use.

And bonus: It stays put! It sits on the shoulders in a flattering shape that doesn’t fall off, even without tying or pinning.

Two skeins of tosh dk is more than enough for a shawl with a 15” center spine down the back. Other weights of yarn and gauges may require different yardage.
