One Scotch is my version of the basic ribbed cap. I had a little fun with two different rib patterns, but otherwise it’s about a simple cap in a gorgeous yarn.

It’s easy to modify for size, stripes or what yarn you have on hand. I played with the ribbing just a bit, and added a bunched crown - but the best part about making these is matching your colors.

A great way to use up leftovers, these hats just fly off the needles!

It’s a quick, fun knit - and it’s perfect as a gift, because you can always pair it with a favorite bottle of scotch!

Also available as part of the One Bourbon, One Scotch, and One Beer Collection!
