This scarf uses just 50g of fingering or sock weight yarn, and was designed to show off the lovely colorways that are available. This sample was knitted with Knitpicks Chroma fingering, color ‘Atlantis’.

I think a beginning lace knitter could handle this pattern once having mastered the double yarn overs and the P15tog gathering stitch. 8 rows of the 12 row repeat are just knit rows. There are a few w&t rows at the very end to round off the edging.

For an experienced lace knitter this scarf knits up very quickly.
