A true stash buster using only 1/2 a skein of each of the two main colors using Cascade Ultra Pima cotton and some ribbon! Perfect versatile wrap for the beach, and summer evenings or simply as a statement scarf or shawl. It is light and breezy. Add beads and sparkle to the fringe to really personalize it. The yarn is a DK weight 100% pima cotton, with a slight sheen and lovely drape, but knits up in no time on large bulky needles for an open boho chic effect.
It is so soft and dreamy and it’s versatility can make this an all season staple to wrap as a statement scarf for spring through fall too. Alternatively, make it in cold weather wool blends and it would be perfect for winter too.

Note: You’ll need approx 1/2 skein of each of colors A and B and approx 50 yds of a 1/2” ribbon/trellis yarn. I used up some Lionbrand Trellis in white/gold from my yarn stash, but is unforunately discontinued by them. I discovered ICE yarns does same yarn as their “Flame” collection and can be found on eBay. Premier Yarns also can be bought more locally at Joann, Michaels and have similar style.
