Knit these two hats using one skein of your favorite fingering weight sock yarn. 440 yards (402 meters) or more.

Skill Level: Intermediate.
Size: One size, stretches to fit a 19” to 22” (43-56 cm) head.
Finished Measurements: approximately 26 cm/10.5” circumference after blocking.
Gauge: 24 sts to 10cm/4” in stockinette stitch on larger needles.
Materials Needed: US 1/2.5mm and size US 3/3.25 mm (or size to give you correct gauge) double pointed needles or a circular needle at least 40 inch/100 cm long for magic loop, 5 stitch markers and a darning needle to weave in ends.
Yarn: 1 skeins = 440 yards (402 meters), 100 grams fingering weight yarn, I used Nicole C. Méndez Sockenwolle in the color Hot Purple and Malabrigo Sock in Light of Love.
