Pattern: 14 rows

Lion Brand Notes:

Shrug is worked sideways in one piece.

Stitches are increased to shape first sleeve, then piece is worked even (without increasing or decreasing) for back, then stitches are decreased to shape the second sleeve.

Piece is folded then seamed.

B is sewed to completed piece to make ruffles.
