One of a set of three two-colour brioche cowls. Ideal to build your skills, or just use that beautiful skein of hand-painted worsted weight yarn.

This one is adds a twist: cables! Suitable for knitters with a bit of cable experience.

The pattern includes a detailed tutorial if you’re new to brioche. The instructions have been tested thoroughly by brioche novices, so this is a great way to begin your adventures with my favourite pattern stitch. As long as you’re good working in the round - and can do some increasing and decreasing - you’ll be fine.

You need about 50gm/100 yds each of two colours of yarn: recommend a solid and a variegated.
