Orbit is an isosceles triangle shawl work from left corner to right corner. This orbit shawl is inspired from Astronomical elliptic curves of comets and planets. Pattern suggest 2 different weight yarns. But it’s start a single stitch at the corner and very easy to re-sizing with any kind of weight yarn.

FINISHED MEASUREMENT 67”/170cm wide and 33½”/85cm high inverted triangle shape shawl.

MATERIALS
Yarn Rowan Felted Tweed DK 50% Merino wool, 25% Rayon, 25% Alpaca; 191yd (175m)/50g MC Clay 2 balls, CC Scree 2 balls.
Suggested yarn and usage
DK MC 365yd/333m, CC 270yd/245m.
Worsted MC 190yd/174m, CC 135yd/122m.

Needles US size 6(4.0 mm) 32”/80cm cir.
Suggested needles DK 3.75 - 4.5mm
Worsted 5.0 - 5.5mm
