The macadamia farm where I live has three orchards filled with beautiful rows of trees. These socks are inspired by the zig-zagging of the tractor when we harvest, picking up the nuts row by row, weaving through the beautiful green land. Harvesting the nuts has been my favourite part of living on the farm so far, and I wanted to create a knitting pattern that was just as relaxing yet captivating as it is sitting on the tractor.
