Orvieto is a semicircular wrap that can also be worn as a scarf. Start it in the middle, and increase the number of stitches every other row. The wrap will reach its widest point when you crochet the final two rows of the design.
The wrap is light-weight and drapes well.
Errata Row 3 should read:
Row 3--Ch 3, turn (these turning chains count as 1st dc throughout pattern). Dc in same st. 2 dc in next sc. (2 dc in back of picot, 2 dc in next sc). Repeat from across. (16 st)
