This is a smart little cowl, with cables cris-crossing like split rail fences. It is a bit of a challenge, as the cables are unusual, but well worth the effort. The cables are most gratifying, as you watch them weave in and out of the “posts”. The cowl is plenty tall, either to scrunch down, to fold over, or wear proudly as is. This cowl should keep out the wind, rain and snow. And, hopefully, it will steal your heart as well.
