This Owl bag is done in 1 piece with the only sewing done on the face of the owl, this pattern also have the crocodile sititch on the looms. With the special stitching and it being 1 piece this is an advanced pattern.
I used 3 different skiens of Bernat Blanket yarn but there was quite a bit of yarn left over. I ordered Moss, Baby Yellow, and Black in Bernat Blanket Yarn but you need the big skeins in the yellow and moss. There is enough left over you could make my stuffed owl or realistic owl hat.
I used the 60 peg 1/2 gauge CinDwood loom but the Martha Stewart looms can be set up for 60 pegs as well.
You will need 2 stitch holders for handling the straps.
This pattern comes with a main video for help, and other tips if you aren’t big on watching videos just to get how a technique is done.
