I think you’ll enjoy knitting this comical family of owls. They are quick and very easy to knit and you have three sizes to choose from.

OWL SIZES
Father Owl – 12cm (5in)
Mother Owl – 10.5cm (4.5in)
Baby Owl – 8.5cm (3.5in)

OWLS are knitted on a pair of 3.25mm needles (US 3) but you will also need a pair of 2.75mm needles (US size 2) for eyes, beaks and feet.

YARN - small amounts of double knitting (DK) yarn.
(USA - light worsted, Australia - 8 ply).

BASIC KNITTING SKILLS REQUIRED: Cast on, cast off (bind off), knit, purl, k2tog.
The pattern is easy to follow with lots of coloured pictures to assist with every stage of your owl making. All pattern rows are numbered.
